In order to perform its obligations arising from above mentioned laws and regulations, the Company hereby provides the following information on processing of your personal data.
As an event management company, we collect personal data and other various data in order to perform our business and fulfill our obligations as per the contracts with our clients. Depending on the type of data, collection takes place as per the user’s request or automatically.
By using Company’s website to participate in an event, in any manner you accept the principles included in this Clarification Text. If you wish to participate an event on our website, you must register for this purpose (sign up). During registration we will ask you to provide your personal data as well as additional data which may not constitute personal data but is also covered by this Text. With the user accounts created through our website in electronic environment, in order to participate in the events organized by us for our clients, personal data on identity, contact and profession information of the participants and personal data on the user profile they have created can be obtained. Providing personal data and consent to its processing is not mandatory (it is voluntary). The consequence of not providing data is lack of possibility to use the service provided by our Company.
When you contact us in order to perform a given activity (e.g. to lodge a complaint) via the website, telephone or e-mail, we will again require from you to provide us with your personal data to confirm your identity and the option of return contact. This applies to the same personal data that you provided to us previously. Again, providing this data is not mandatory but it is necessary to perform certain activities or to obtain the information that you require.
Our company does not collect and process sensitive personal data, such as race, ethnicity, political opinion, religious belief, union membership, health, sexual life, biometric and genetic data, except for legal obligations or the nature of the business and security measures. Your personal data can be used for enabling you to participate in events organized by our Company, building our Company’s business relations and commercial strategies, carrying out marketing and communication activities, providing security at the office building and event venues, managing access rights, storage and archiving activities, finance and accounting activities, implementing pricing policies; with respect for fundamental rights and freedoms; in line with the legitimate interests of the company; in connection with and limited to the purpose.
It is processed in written form in electronic and physical environments by automatic or non-automatic methods.
Data collected automatically may be used for analysis of a users’ behavior on the website and also for collecting demographic data related to our users.
Data collected during correspondence between you and the Company is used exclusively for enabling a correct, full and effective answer to your question.
Some functionalities of our website allow to send us e-mails. Information sent in this way is used exclusively in order to reply to your message or to confirm your registration.

With the user profile you have created at our website to attend to an event managed by our Company, your personal data (such as your name, ID number, profession, username and password) will be processed by our Company as the data controller.

In particular, we take steps aimed at limiting access to personal data collected through the website to the extent necessary to provide services via the website.
